SciFi and Fantasy Art: Blue

(uploaded 03/26/04) Unfortunately I have no gaming outlet right now for my mild infatuation with the superheroic genre. Blue's a character I've been working on just to relieve some of the stress. :) Getting the face right for this character was harder than designing her costume, but overall I'm happy with how she turned out.
